Are you vegan and cruelty free?

All products by Alchemy are and will proudly be both vegan and cruelty free. With one of our owners having been a vegan the last 7 years of her life- we will only ever create and sell vegan products.

Ingredients for all products can be found on the corresponding product pages. If you have any additional questions beyond what is listed, please contact us.

What if I have an allergic reaction?

Some people may have allergic reactions to our body oils. We recommend checking ingredients first and trying the discovery kits to test for allergies. When trying for the first time, we suggest that you do a patch test with products.

How should I store my body oil?

It is natural for fragrances to evolve over time. To preserve their original essence for longer, we recommend storing them at room temperature and keeping them away from direct sunlight.

Shipping and Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free domestic (US) shipping for orders over $50.

Where do you ship to, and what are the shipping costs?

Shipping fees are generated on market rate and distance (we are currently shipping from Phoenix, Arizona).

How long does fulfillment/delivery take?

Once you place an order, allow 1-2 weeks for delivery depending on your selected delivery method. All products are handmade in small batches, so order fulfillment times will depend on existing demand. Although we try to prep in advance, there may occasionally be a slight wait time. Do you ship internationally?

While we do not currently offer international shipping, we hope to here soon. 

Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?

At this time we do not accept returns or exchanges, and we recommend getting a discovery kit to try out the products to find what scents and formulas work best for your skin and personal preferences.

What if my product arrives damaged or isn't what I ordered?

If your order happens to show up damaged has any issues, please contact support and we will get you a replacement as soon as we can.

What do you do outside of sell bodycare?/ Do you support any causes or charities?

As a brand with owners who are dedicated to their communities through time and money, we pledge donating 10% of all profits to a selected charity which you can find here. While charities and causes will rotate, our dedication will not. From human rights, education, sustainability, domestic violence, animal welfare, and more, we urge others to look into how they can help their communities and causes that matter to them. What sets your brand apart?

We truly believe that by focusing on people, the rest will come. We want to ensure high quality products consistently at lower/reasonable prices compared to the market as we have the belief that good products (that don't harm you) should be more accessible than they currently are. Everyone deserved to not only feel pampered, but to not feel like all of their products are poisoning them. Our skin is our largest and one of the most absorbent organs of our body- so lets nourish them.

Over time we will continue expanding our product offerings with additional scent lines that meet our high standards, and more products to bring a more holistic self care routine to the forefront.
